He co-founded and sold two successful businesses, the first of which manufactures systems that generate and dispense fragrances for commercial applications. The second company creates and distributes interactive, online training programs for medical personnel. He received his A.B. from Davidson College and his J.D. The Best Fit

It takes a wide variety of talents and personalities to keep the Mission running like a well-oiled machine. We believe, however, our united values unite our vision. That is why we ask that all of our employees be:

A Born Again Believer

Our team members should be guided by a personal relationship with Christ and passionate about the spiritual growth of the Mission guests.

Plugged Into a Church

Our team members should continue to develop their faith and accept accountability by gathering with other believers and seeking membership at a church.

Live a Life that Honors the Lord

No one is perfect. Our team members, however, should honor the Lord in their personal life by abstaining from behaviors and activities that the Bible deems immoral.

A Team Player

It takes a team to keep the Mission running. Your ability to maintain group harmony and treat others with respect is essential.
